Although we’ve witnessed an economic slowdown in 2023, due to the momentum of interest rate hikes and inflation, Sonepar has stayed consistent in our ability to transform and innovate our Canadian businesses.
Our investments are evident in our recent acquisition of Accu-Flo’s Assembly Services Business Division, which will assist Gescan with providing solutions for electrical power, distribution, and motor control projects.
Canada’s innovations continue to scale our business with the installation of Lumen’s new cable cutting automation, which will propel our capabilities to new heights in North America. Our organic growth has been persistent with Gescan’s two branch openings in Nanaimo, BC and Humboldt, SK supporting the industrial and construction markets that exist in those local areas.
Our synergy is present in Aztec’s ERP conversion and our successful launch of their first online solution. Similarly, to our other OpCos, Aztec’s new webshop has a responsive design which enables the ultimate user experience on all devices.
